There is the option if changing the dbm value (2ghz...max 25dbm and on 5ghz...max of 28dbm).  is it just a matter of dividing that number to get a "Low/Med/High" baseline?

 

I would like to keep 5ghz at 28 and lower the 2ghz to medium some to encourage clients to use 5ghz, as I don't want to turn on band steering.  Would medium be changing it to  "13dbm" or should I drop it a few dbm to 22 or 23 ?  Unsure what it relates to.

Actually found a good conversion chart that can help others in the future, so in terms of the EAP670 or similar device.  You can take the range and figure out based on chart:

It depends on the supported Transmission Power according to the region and the actual environment. Generally you may get 28 dbm as high, 19dbm as medium, 10 as low (numbers might differ). If you want to know the exact number, just make a simple test: change the radios on config page, and check the Tx power under overview page.
