Use Fixed IP Address not working
I'm using version 5.13.30.25 of the Omada Software Controller. 1.22.4 Build 20240304 Rel.59252
I have ER7206 v1.0 (TL-ER7206)1.4.1 and TL-SL2428P v5.0 5.0.7
I can't get the 'Use Fixed IP Address' feature to work.
Any ideas on how to assign clients fixed internal IP addresses?

Yes, Still the same as the other devices.
Hi @Cronasia
It seems you are still using the CCTV/cameras to make the test. Please try to use your mobile phone to test fixed IP address feature. For your information, generally the CCTV/cameras should have static IP not obtaining the IP address from the DHCP server automatically. The fixed IP address feature will only apply to the DHCP client.

Hi @Cronasia
Could you share some screenshots of your setting page? And may I know how did you test that the Use Fixed IP Address not work?

Hi @Cronasia
May I know how did you find that it doesn't work? And If you do not enable Use Fixed IP Address, will this client obtain the IP address properly? What IP address it will obtain?
We may need to confirm the Fixed IP address is within the same subnet of the IP address it obtains from DHCP server.

Hi @Cronasia
Do you have any other wireless device to make the test? I have tested with different devices and it works fine. Could you try to use a fixed IP address for a device and then go to device's wifi setting page, disconnect and reconnect the wifi. Please check the IP address on device's wifi setting page, will it be different?
