Hi,

I have 3 CPEs 510, one in AP mode, and 2 in Client mode. one of the client AP was offline due to a high electrical charge which damaged the POE injector, and after replacing the POE and resetting the CPE, i was not able to associate  to the SSID any more, the CPE sees all the SSIDs, however it doesnt seem to associate with any at all.

Does it mean that CPE is broken?

Thanks

  @PhantomByte

Do you receive any errors indicating why the unit failed to associate the SSID? Please confirm that the SSID password is entered correctly. Alternatively, try adjusting the location to see if it can connect successfully again.In addition, you can move the device closer to the AP mode CPE to see whether it connects. If all of the methods fail, please contact local support to replace it.Way to contact Local support center

This article provides troubleshooting steps for connecting an AP + Client topology.

How can I set up the AP + Client topology successfully?
