I have also had this problem. It actually helped to delete the portal and set it up again.
I did without the background image and logo as a test. That worked immediately.
I believe that a background image causes a lot of problems. Supposedly there will be a fix in the next version.
Apple devices in particular had significantly more problems with it and only saw loading circles. However, the problem also occurred on the previous version. I have an OC 300

Hi, It's not recommended to downgrade.
Which page is blank? Please send a screenshot of that page.
It may be a web browser issue, you may clear the cache of the web browser you are using, or try with a different web browser.

Hi @b4tm4n
Is this issue happening on all wireless clients?
You can downgrade the OC200 by the following steps:
1. Download the firmware you want to downgrade on your PC;
2. Choose Global View under Organization, go to Settings>System Settings>Hardware Controller>Manual Upgrade.
3. Upload the firmware you have downloaded in step1.
Before downgrading, please also try to delete the current portal settings, and recreate one to have a try.

in this version there is no manual upgrade botton ,only check for updates
how ever i have solve my problem by creating new portal and connecting it to new ssid, while the bugged sssid is i made it not visible so no one will enter code there, thus continuing previous connected device and wait for them to expired before i totally delete the old portal and ssid
