Model: OC200
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.29.4 Build 20240304 Rel.54362

I have two controllers ( 1 hardware, 1 software) in two different location (Location A [Hardware Controller], Location B[Software Controller]).

I want to migrate one site from Location B [Software Controller] to Location A [Hardware Controller].

But, I can't see inform url on Location A [Hardware Controller].

I also tried to do port forwading by configuring NAT. I preferred inform URL.

As for the controller version:

Hardware Controller: v 5.13.30.20

Software Controller: v 5.13.30.8  (this is the nearest version to the hardware controller)

Please help me.

Hi  @YBWCLI

Please refer to the guidance below:

How to migrate Omada Controller with the Migration feature

For the Inform URL, you need to input the public IP address of the controller Locatin A site.

  @Vincent-TP Hi,

First of all, thank you for your response,.

However, I can't use the public ip that's why i'm asking assistance on using INFORM URL when using Hardware controller.

 Hi @YBWCLI

Why you can't use the public IP? Is there any error message or sth else?
