Model: EAP225
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 5.1.6

I have a very difficult problem to understand, only the company's Wifi loses packets with the EAP225. The problem is so complicated that I ended up changing the router from an ER605 to an ER7206, but it persists. I added the OC200, but the internet only on the Wifi is unstable, on the wired one it works perfectly. I've even considered other domestic Wifi routers that exist on the network (interference perhaps between channel or frequency). I even did the WLAN Optimization by Omada and nothing solved it.

I made a network with VLANS, Omada OC200 V1.0 CVersion 5.14.26.23 Firmware 1.31.3 Build 20240620 Rel.80383, ER7206 V2 Firmware 2.1.2, 7- EAPs 225  . I changed the default IP to 10.1.1.1/24 and made more 192.168.11.1/24 (VlanId 4040) and 192.168.4.1/24 (VlanID 3231)  and 192.168.1.1/24 (VlanID 3535).

Hi  @Bug_do_Ti

Wireless connections are vulnerable to environmental interference, which can lead to unstable connections or even the disappearance of the SSID. To enhance wifi performance, consider the following expert tips and best practices:
1. Installation:
   1) Position the EAP centrally for comprehensive coverage.
   2) Avoid placing the access point near barriers like walls, large furniture, or metal objects that could obstruct or disrupt the signal.
2. Channel and Channel Width Optimization:
   1) Utilize a Wi-Fi analyzer tool to pinpoint the least congested Wi-Fi channels in your vicinity and configure the access point to operate on those channels.
   2) Prevent channel overlap with neighboring networks to minimize interference.
3. Transmit Power Optimization:
Adjust the Tx power of the access point to match the coverage area. Lowering power in areas with overlapping coverage can reduce interference and enhance performance.
4. Firmware Updates:
Ensure the access point's firmware is regularly updated to access the latest features, security patches, and performance enhancements.
5. AI WLAN Optimization:
Leveraging the AI WLAN Optimization feature, the Omada controller can autonomously determine the optimal wireless configurations (such as channel, bandwidth, and power) for the access points.
