Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 5.15.6.4

After upgrading my previous Windows 11 Omada Software controller to 5.15.6.4, I decided to migrate the Controller to a new Win 11 x64 system with a more powerful AMD Ryzen 7 CPU w/32GB of RAM. I followed the migration steps outlined here >> https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/3589/

Since I was migrating a controller, I followed II. Controller Migration. The old controller and the new controller had the same Omada Software version installed, 5.15.6.4.

I chose to restore from a full backup that was exported that day using the auto-backup option, where I backup everything...

I then migrated all devices to the new controller, after the backup had been 100% successfully restored onto the new Windows 11 x64 Omada Controller. What I found was that past statistics, usage, and Client data (such as the custom names I had entered on the previous Controller) were NOT restored onto the new Controller system. All statistics had been reset back to zero, and none of my client custom names were restored except for a few devices that I Lock to AP. Every other custom client user name had to be re-entered through the UI, which is a tedious time-consuming process when you have numerous smart outlets, smart bulbs, cameras, and IoT devices on your network (I have over 50 Wifi clients on my network).

Just raising this as a FYI as statistics, past usage data, and custom names for network clients does not appear to carry over correctly during a Controller migration.
