Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 5.15.6.4

I recently migrated from OC200 to the software controller, but i, like @MarkusL having problems with connecting to the cloud, this thread still seemed unsolved, so I figured to revive it.

This is from my server.log

That does not work for me. The cloud is disabled, and when i want to enable it, i will have to login, and this is where i get the "Something went wrong. Please try again later or contact our technical support." Afaik, this is not a solution for me. Please let me know if there is anything else you need from me, or if there is any other solutions out there. /Stephen

Hi  @StephenNorbury

Do you log in via a local user account? Are you logging locally?

Is it possible to share a video or screenshot of the page when the issue occurs? please also include the URL of the page.

Hi  @StephenNorbury

If I am correct, this is the first time you are touching the cloud access of this newly installed Omada software controller, right?

It seems time this is another error of the beta firmware version.

I look forward to your confirmation to report this to R&D. Thanks.
