Model: ER7412-M2
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.1

Hi i have a Er7412-m2 connected with wan port directly to my ONT isp (2500/1000) my isp give ipoe and ppoe at same time.

No problem with other router, i must use vlan100 to connect.

with er7412-m2 i cannot connect with ppoe mode, sometimes it has received the public ip and gateway/dns but it drops connection after seconds and not start navigate.

with dhcp option in ipoe mode I have ip and i can reach 2200/300....enabling flow control I have between 500-800 mbps upload speed. With pfsense virtualized i  have 2200/1050 ... I have also tested with different setup on wan port reducing max upload ....and also on port feature of er7412 but i cannot solve.

hardware i think is very fast but software not completely optimazed (new product). Can y help me ?

Er7412 is connected to sg3210x. I have this problem using 2.5 lan port and my Apple Mac Studio (tested Connect to lan port router or to switch) ... with pc or other devices with 1G port I have 950mbps upload

After some test i have found solution.

1. select "flow control" both WAN and LAN interfaces (only this can't resolve problem)

2. select on rate control tab value for wan port egress rate (1070mbps) and ingress limit (1070mbps) on lan interface.

3. select "flow control" on switch sg3210 for all ports... no rate control updated.

Now i have between 2150/2250 mbps in download and 1030/1050 mbps in upload. All works perfect except ppoe connection that is blocked after first step authentication, i will use it in dhcp ipoe.
