Hi, I am currently testing a WiFi portal that is connected to an LDAP profile using my Windows Server Active Directory. I successfully connected using the `sAMAccountName` as the username and the corresponding password. However, after several attempts, the device was blocked, as indicated in the portal. I checked to see if the account was locked out and attempted to unlock it. Multiple accounts were used on the same device.

Now, I am trying to find a way to unblock my device. I have looked in the Insights, Hotspot Manager, Clients, and other sections of the controller settings, but I have not been able to locate how to unblock the device or even reduce the lockout interval.

Hi  @2Dr

It seems like the devices are blocked by the LDAP server, not the controller. Did you contact LDAP server support for help?

checked to see if the account was locked out and attempted to unlock it.

>>>What's the result?

What's the status of those blocked clients showing on the controller page?

What kind of controller are you using? what's the firmware version?
