Region : Venezuela

Model : TL-ER6120

Hardware Version : V1

Firmware Version : 1.0.0 Build 20120807 Rel.34348

ISP :

I am trying to setup a PPTP VPN channel site to site
I purchased four(4)TL-ER6020 routers to set up a VPN for my four pharmacies.
All routers are identical. They are already working but I am using them load balancers. There is not a lot of load to balance, I just to have internet continuity of service. I have two ISP’s at each pharmacy.
I do not know if this has anything to do with my problem but I am using the router DHCP and Firewall.
I am following thus article step by step: http://www.tp-link.com/en/article/?id=411
I decided to use PPTP protocol.
I tried to setup the server first.
Choose the menu VPN→L2TP/PPTP→L2TP/PPTP Tunnel
1. I went to the IP Address Pool tab and entered the following
POOL Name : POOL1
IP Address Range 173.31.10.10 173.31.10.50
Pressed “ADD” and this IP Address Pool showed up in the numer 1 in the List of Address Pool at the bottom of this page.
2. Went to L2TP/PPTP Tunnel tab
3. Checked the Enable VPN-to-Internet square
4. Pressed Save (but nothing changed). I am not sure if it gave a message.
5. Selected the PPTP protocol
6. Selected Server Mode
7. Entered an account name and password
8. LAN-to-LAN tunnel
9. In Enryption I selected Disable
10. I did try to increase the number of connections a couple of times until I realized it had to be left at 1
11. The Address Pool I created before POOL1 was already selected
12. At the System Status of all routers, at the LAN/DMZ box the IP Address is 192.168.0.1 and the subnet mask is 255.255.255.0.
I am not sure what to enter in the remote subnet box. I entered 192.168.0.0/24. Also tried 192.168.0.1/24 and 192.168.0.2/24 with the same results
13. Status was Active already
14. When I pressed “Add”, but it gave me the message “operation failed”
Please tell me which is my mistake. I have tried many times.
