Changed my router to a new one and wanted to reset my AP's but cant do it. For some reason my username and password dont work so I need to hard reset, only problem is that I cant do it, been pushing that reset button from the ap and from the poe, nothing happens, light stays green always, and it like that on both Ap's, I have tried everything but no luck. Theres no warranty anymore...Both AP's work with the new router but they are on a seperate wifi after the old router...Thank you if someone has any idea what to do...read that many others have the same problem

Hi  @Atte

For EAP225-outdoor, the reset button is located at the bottom of the antenna; see below pic:

We need to use a pin or pen to press and hold the reset button for about 8–10 seconds. While holding the reset button, the device's lights may flash and the device may restart.

Once the device has been reset, it will revert to its factory default settings. you can now access the device using the default credentials admin/admin.

Please note that performing a factory reset will erase all the customized settings on your TP-Link EAP device, so you will need to reconfigure the device after resetting the password.
