Trying to pass ArtNet UDP packets through a TK-1008G un-managed switch. ArtNet uses a directed broadcast to a class A network address.

My source device's IP address is 192.168.1.200. The ArtNet devices's IP address is 192.168.1.220.

The directed UDP broadcast packets are sent to 192.255.255.255.

If I directly connect the source device to the ArtNet device, the packets are received and the ArtNet works.

If I connect through the switch the ArtNet device doesn't receive the packets.

Any ideas ?

Thank you,

Un-managed switch is stable and able to forward packets normally, check your other device and you will find the problem.
