Tl-ER6120 Throughput

ISP : Thomasville CNS (Metro Ethernet)
Connected to Metro Ethernet, the TL-ER6120 has an issue with total throughput. Here are speed tests, back to back. The slower one is with the PC behind the router and the faster one is bypassing the router. As you can see, the Router slows the connection down by 150+ Mbps. This is unacceptable.

Here is an update to the issue...
I ran another speedtest and during the test, I monitored the CPU usage. The processor is obviously not capable of handling the throughput.
This model is supposed to have Gigabit WAN ports. If it can only handle 200Mbps, someone has some explaining to do.
