TP-LINK SG1016DE Port Trunking
Region : Germany
Model : TL-SG1016DE
Hardware Version : V1
Firmware Version : 1.0.1 Build 20131023 Rel. 33236
ISP : Unitymedia
Hi!
A few days ago I bought the TL-SG1016DE for extending my local network.
Basic installation, FW upgrades and so on works fine without any bigger problems.
Then I tried the option "port trunking", to bind the SG1016DE with 4 Channels on my Router (AVM Fritz!Box 6360).
I set the options in the switch, create the trunk on the first 4 ports.
But after I did this, i get no connection anymore to my LAN neither to the internet.
What I'm doing wrong here?
When i delete the trunk, cut 3 Channels out, everything is working fine.
I don't use DHCP for my regular Devices, the have all fixed IPs in the same range. (192.168.10.x/255.255.255.0)
May you have any hints or suggestions for me?
Thanks in advance and best regards,
Ben
