Connection Speed to Other Gigabit Switch Only 100MBps

I have the TP-LINK TL-SG1008D switch connected to an Ubiquiti EdgeRouter POE router / switch. Unfortunately it's only connecting at 100Mbps, even though they both support 1000Mbps connections. As a troubleshooting step, I unplugged the network cable coming from the EdgeRouter and plugged it directly into my computer and it connected at 1000Mbps as expected, which seems to eliminate the possibility that it's an issue with the network cable or EdgeRouter. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
