Region : Indonesia

Model : TL-WA5210G

Hardware Version : V2

Firmware Version :

ISP : BiNet

I Just bought and Implement TP-Link Access Point CPE510.
I have read the manual and noticed that it has POE PassThrough support in the Secondary RJ45 Port but only for 24v POE devices.
I also have TL-WA5210G lying around and noticed that the standard POE included in TL-WA5210G is 12v.
My Questions:
- What is the Voltage Range that my TL-WA5210G is capable of? Because in the tech specs it only mention the included Adapter output Voltage not the Device's Operating Voltage Range.
- What will happen if I tried to plug my TL-WA5210G directly to my CPE510 Secondary port with POE PassThrough feature enabled? Is it possible that I will burn my TL-WA5210G or there is safety feature that will protect my TL-WA5210G from overvoltage/undervoltage?
- What TP-Link devices that uses 24v as their POE voltage other than CPE510?

Thanx.

Don't try to plug WA5210G to CPE510 and your WA5210G may be damaged. As I know, CPE210 is 24V passive PoE devices.
As to specifications you are interested in, you should contact TP-LINK directly.

For now only CPE510/CPE210 is 24V passive PoE input, they belongs to the same series named TP-LINK Pharos.
I think there will be other Pharos products come out later.

But don't try to use passive PoE passthrough to power on 5210G. As you know 5210G is not capable for 24V.
