I have a TCP Server program that is accessed remotely through a specified port. Worked with previous router. Installed TL-ER604W, added a virtual server for this port but other devices no longer can access the server program.

Did you upgrade the latest firmware?
WAN IP is a public one?
Which port did you open? Locally, you can still access it with http://LAN IP : port?
