DDNS not resolve for WAN2 on TL-ER6120

DDNS problem with the router TL-ER6120

I am having an issue with setting up the No-IP account with model number TL-ER6120
Only WAN 1 is working any of the host names. But WAN2 always is offline, the account info is the same for both hosting domains and only strange is like the page of the settings for Dynamic DNS is refreshing constantly but only in the WAN1 settings.
The WAN 2 is working fine but looks the firmware bug on this part of the router, the last firmware update was one year ago. maybe you can make a fix for this.
