Dear All

I wonder why I setting up a Fail Over Service on TL-480T with two WAN (WAN1 & WAN2) but I cannot ping to WAN2 when WAN1 is Active, after I disable WAN1 I can ping normally.
So is there any setting to allow both WAN ping at the same time.

Please help me.
Regards

WAN2 is the backup, isn't it?
If so, when WAn1 is activated, WAN2 is deactivated. It is quite normal that you cannot ping it.
If you want to ping both, you should not enable link backup.

Hey to all

I have a TL-R480T+ Ver 5 and I conf that option too, with the failover and I think because of that my Wan2 goes down after a period of 10 minutes of activity. If that is so, Pls confirm that
so I can correct it so I will have a better INTERNET for my company.

Thank you.

Best reagards,

Franklin.
