Problem sync with ADSL

Firmware Version : 5.2.2 Build 20140422 Rel.59193s
ISP : FORTHNET
Hello.
I have set up the TL-R480T+ router with 2 ADSL routers on WAN 1 and WAN 2.
ADSL router on WAN 2 works fine.
Router on WAN 1 is :
PPPoE/Russian PPPoE
NETGEAR N300
Hardware Version DGN2200
Firmware Version V1.0.0.50_7.0.50
with a static IP from the Internet Server Provider
No matter what i have tried, i only get "Connecting..."
This is what i get from logs :
WAN1:PPPoE send PADR timeout.
Any ideas?

Have the same Connecting... problem

I have 2 wan connected to my TL-R480T+ one works just fine and the other just appears as connecting but never connects. both have dynamic IP. what might be the problem?
