you must be mad, confused and angry and out out of this world.
you need to calm and concentrate, dont forget to set a static IP in your Lap to 192.168.8.0 to acces the device, disable wireless card on lap, and now try.
if you defaulted by mistake 7210 then your default ip is 192.168.0.254 and set lap to 192.168.0.1

i am 100% sure that my router lan ip was 192.168.8.1 , i tried these static ip address from control panel 192.168.8.10 and 192.168.8.100. but nothing working

Then you are wrong
set static ip in your lap to 192.168.0.1
Default 7210 to factory defaults, then log to its default ip 192.168.0.254

lol, i know reset it to factory default will solve my problum,but its tough to remove 35 feet pole

ten find out the ip from your 7210 via DOS (CMD)
just type ipconfig then hit enter
