ER604W to R600VPN Site to Site unable to see NAS

ISP : AT&T and Verizon/Frontier Communications
Trying to setup a site to site on ADSL PPPoE that is always on with the ER604W having a Drobo FS connected to port 4 and PC connected to port 3. The other end R600VPN and 4 PC's. I need the Drobo to be seen by all as if it is in the same office. I had VPN tunnel but it is unstable. This is the 3rd day and it is now down and not wanting to create. Any help appreciated.
