Don't use DFS channels
Check MAXTream is disable on 510
They have to be in same channel

my present setup is CPE510 as AP, and 7510 as CLIENT. Works perfectly good! Just disable MAXTream and uncheck DFS.

Just need to make sure 7510 is broadcasting a channel that can be detected by CPE510. An easy way is to set CPE510(client mode) to Test mode. In test mode CPE510 can detect every available channel of TL-WA7510N.

In Test Mode and Client mode, doesn't let you set channel, by default is Auto
The only way I had found to set e.g. channel 153 is on AP mode select channel desire, in this case the one set on 7510, once changes are apply, then change the 510 mode to Client, you will see 153 grayed.
