My dual LAN R470+ router gets hang...!

I've bought R470+ router and i have connected to with 2 WANS and single LAN out. The problem is when one WAN goes down then despite of working with other WANs the internet stops working... Means the internet does not work, however other WAN is working fine when we unplugged the fail WAN connection. Please guide me how can i resolve this. And I also unchecked "Application control" for combining two WANs speed. Please help
