EAP Controller 2.0.3 not starting

Firmware Version : 2.0.1 Build 20150731 Rel. 63146

Hi, I am testing an EAP220 access point. Have downloaded EAP Controller_V2.0.3 software and installed it, but for some reason it fails to start: hangs at the [date time]Starting... There is no other error message, no logs are created. The "Launch a Browser to Manage Wireless Network" button is not active. Host computer and Access Point are in the same network. Firewall and anti-virus software is disabled. Have tried to access https://my-pcs-ip:8043, https://my-pcs-ip:8043, or http://my-pcs-ip:8088, but there is no answer. Anyone had a similar problem and found the solution? Thanks for your help

The normal situation like this.
What's you Controller software version? And what's your computer system? Does your computer can work with the software? You need double check.
Also f irewall and anti-virus software need to be disabled and Installation path of the [COLOR=#333333]EAP Controller_V2.0.3 software should have 4GB disk space.
If you can solve the problem, you could contact the [COLOR=#333333]tp-link [COLOR=#333333]technical support by submitting a ticket in http://ticket.tp-link.com/. Just need more detail.
