Hello,
I've just buoght a brand new CPE210 from amazon, followed the instructions e installed. I Think I've done the configuration correctly as repeater and I can see the wireless net i need (it is at about 500m) but the signal power is very low and i can't change the power setting (it is stuck to max 11dbm).
I read somewere that there is a "Test" mode wich use all the power of the device, but I can't find it anywhere.
Is there a way to increase the transmission power to test the connection befor thinking of another solution?
Thank you very much for your help

Thank you for your fast reply. I tried that, but there is no test mode on that page and if I leave the "select country" unselected it doesnt let me in...

What's the firmware version of the device? It's unusual that no test mode on the resion page.
To adjust the transmit power, you can log in the web management page and navigate to WIRELESS -> Wireless Basic Settings and you can see a trasnmit power bar.
PS: Repeater is not a good choice for long distance transmission. To build a P2P link is better.

Upgrade to the latest firmware from http://forum.tp-link.com/showthread.php?82073-TP_PharOS_1.3.0_150807_Beta-add-CDP-Radius-MAC-Auth-and-compatible-with-MikroTik.

Reset to factory defaults again. Test Mode should be the first option in the country list.

See http://forum.tp-link.com/showthread.php?94350-CPE210-setting-ot-maxpower-of-27dbm/page2.

No need to ask the same question in two threads.
