TL-SG1008P POE not working

Hello! I have the following devices.
POE-Switch TL-SG1008P V1.0
Access Point EAP110 V1.0
I have connected the AP via CAT6 UTP Cable to Port 1 of the Switch but nothing happens (IT's the only Cable connected).
The LED on the Switch remains off.
When I use the T240100-2-POE which is delivered with the AP IT Works - however this is not a solution.
Normal Ethernet Works with the Switch.
Is the Switch Brokern?
