I pinged the client from the AP but i get time-out error, so no internet either.

On the RX line i see:"NA".
BTW, instead of TP_LINK_Test_Device_1 i put CPE210 but i did the pairing between the AP and the client device.

Could provide your topology for us? And mark the IP address each devices.
Besides, can you post the screenshot of the two devices?
RX rate NA seems like that the connection has some problem.
Please double check the channel width/security mode, etc.

Thank you for your reply.
Of course i can but not very soon as the installed devices are some hundreds kilometers away...
I will try to get them to bring a laptop at the AParea, so i can work remotely.

Are you sure that the distance is some hundreds kilometers? The recommended distance of CPE210 is 0~5km. Hundreds kilometers is beyond the ability of CPE210.

Once you get access to the devices please provide us with the information in #4.
Besides, there are some detailed points you have to know:
1. Be sure that the distance of two CPE210s is no more than 5km.
2. Mount them high enough to avoid LOS obstructions, and adjust their direction to face each other.
3. Remember to setup distance parameters. Login to the web management page of each device and navigate to WIRELESS > Wireless Advanced Settings and input the real distance.

Hello.
Thank you for the tips.
1. The distance is less than 1km.
2.I have placed the devices about 4.5-5m. from the ground on poles.
3. The distance is set already.
Tomorrow morning i will be at the project and will update you.
Thanks for the support!

Judging from your screenshot, connection doesn't build successfully?
First of all, you should set the distance in the AP of 2.0km as well since communication is bidirectional.
Besides, as you can see, the AP works in channel 6 while the Client in channel 1. When you configure the Client device, choose the same channel/Frequency, channel width, IEEE802.11 mode, security mode and key the right password.
