TL-WA7510N Not recognizing any WiFi network

This is kumar,Iam new to this forum with basic knowledge of network.
I wanted to use TL-WA7510N as a universal repeater .Just connected as mention in manual but it does not show or recognize any wifi network.
currently Iam using linksys BEFW11S4 as router and want to connect my tp link out door unit to this as repeater.
Possibilities I tried.
Tried quick setup mode ,but does not show any wifi network.
Tried manually entering MAC Address of linksys router but still it does not recognize.
Tried selecting test mode in region but still no wifi signal.
Any help would be appreciated,
