Hardware Version : Not Clear

Firmware Version :

ISP :

I've tried to setup this model as Access Point. But didn't get it.
I've fallowed step by step as manual indicate. But nothing!

Only thing I can do is to get access tl-wa7510N to control via browser with the ip from factory.
I tried many ways, and don't see ssid in other devices. And resseting just trying other configuration.
All leds are on.

This is configuration of isp's modem:

This device is new, And my boss is getting tired. jjjejjeej

Are the other devices 5Ghz as 7510
7510 is a point to point (PTP) device, of course you can set it as AP, but only 5 Ghz devices will see SSID
