Anyways to QoS or prioritize traffic through TL-ER604W?

Is there anyway to prioritize the traffic for a specific protocol or reserve like 95% bandwidth for port 1433? We have like 50 workstations mostly WiFi and if one of our WAN is down our traffic is really limited and I need the Internet for our integrated software selling platform. At this moment I do not want to add extra hardware since it has been working really well and stable for a couple of years.
It's weird it has a policy routing per protocol but not for bandwidth reservation per protocol.
I have individually limited the traffic per workstation at 25% but it's not really a work around.
We have a 300/100 primary link and a 50/5 back-up wan.
