Unifi Ubiquity Network connection crash when using TP-LINK TL-SG108 or TL-SF1005D

We have a unifi Ubiquity network working with an old switch, so we have tried to change it but it doesn't work. When we connect TP-LINK switch, unifi devices are disconnected from the network controller. We have tried with two TP-LINK switch models TL-SG108 and TL-SF1005D. Anybody knows why is not working??
