I am trying to update the firmware of my VIGI NVR1008H V2, but the system is failing to update to latest firmware version.

I tried al the methods mentioned on the website.

Using local update on NVR.
Using VIGI mobile app
Using Windows app
Using NVR's webpage.

Everytime it successfully downloads the update but fails during installing.

I suspect it is running some beta version. I dont know how to update it to production firmware.

please help me regarding this..
