Model: VIGI NVR1008H-8P   VIGI C240I   InSight S485  
Hardware Version: V20
Firmware Version: 1.5.1

So, I bought the nvr and 3 cameras. 2x C240I and 1x S485. When I got to the pan and tilt tab it says "Unavailable for all channels". Am I missing something?

Thank you for posting here.

 

We would like to clarify that your current VIGI camera does not fall into the Pan Tilt (PT) camera category, it does not support the Pan Tilt functionality.

If you require devices with Pan-Tilt capability, please check out our VIGI PT Camera Series: Cameras | TP-Link

 

Take the C540S as an example:
