EAP330 with multiple SSID and VLANi

i recently buy two EAP330 i am able to provision them and managed the two AP, when i assign two WVLAN with them, client from one of the WLAN able to get ip from that subnet and all clients cannot get ip address from the other WVLAN (SSID). i tried only leaving the problem SSID alone and the situation the same.
How i can debug the issue?
i am on firmware 160706
