Today i have this issue with the Router TL-ER6120 when i try to generate the VPN connection with a MAC OS X (sierra).
Getting the next answer.
The L2TP-VPN server did not respond. Try reconnecting. if the problem continues, verify your settings and contact your Administrator,
I update the Firmware TL-ER6120v1_160622.beta.Apple-L2TP.bin , but the issue continues.
