We recently purchased an ER6120 as a replacement/upgrade to the existing TL-R480T+ router that was in place. Upon installation we immediately noted a decrease in WAN performance. We have 2 - 30x10 wan connections used in load balance mode. We have verified all of the settings as compared to the R480T but still can only manage about 19x7 speed as noted on speedtest. Funny part is if we unplug either of the wan connections (does not matter which one), we can see the full 30x10 off of a single connection. Swap back in the old R480T and it works properly as well (we generally see about 40x18 or so on this router on speed test).

Any ideas before we give up and return the unit.

Thanks

Hey dude, I don't think some words can find the problem. You can send your config file or some printscreens to the Supporter of TP-Link and maybe they can help you.
