I flash OpenWrt on CPE210 V1.1 successfully but after reboot it's not booting so i tried to recovery from TP-LinK PHAROS firmware

When i put recovery.bin in my PC tftp server it getting download in router but after that its showing in log, write error and file is unidentified.

Is there other official PHAROS firmware for CPE210 V1.1?
From where i should download this recovery.bin which is other than official TP-Link CPE210 V1.1.
