The important IPv6 support required is for Guest Network isolation which uses Layer-3 filtering to ensure that guest users cannot access private / non-routable IP addresses. Clearly without this functionality, any AP on a network which supports IPv6 allows guests to contact other devices on the network which are running an IPv6 stack. This is a serious security issue and should be given high priority.
