You may try to check the connection mode, change to "Auto" mode, if you use PPPoE connection type. The setting is under Advanced-Network-Internet-Advanced

All the ios device perform the same way, including ipad/iphone/ipod, or different ios version, like ios 9/10/11/12. I suppose it is software compatibility issue. RMA will not work.
