No way. And this is not something you can expect from the Access Point. You'd better set up bandwidth control on your router. No matter how many users share, they share a limited bandwidth.

TL-WA7210N will meet your need. Hang up TL-WA7210N one meters higher above the roofline. Configure it as Client mode. CPE210 will be overkill.
