Could the EAP controller be implemented on Unix-like OS?

SSH doesn't work. I set "SSH Server Port" and "SSH Login". But netstat command doesn't show open 22 port and ssh command doesn't connect to it. Why this may be? On p.53 of the User Guide said " You...
