Choose menu “USB Settings"→FTP Server” There I can see Internet Access: Enable and Disable in router settings.

Install inSSIDer application on XP and give me screenshot from NETWORKS tab. Give me also information which is your SSID name.

Wireless Security - you make disable for test and then you make connection.

Something wrong with wireless connection. DHCP Server is Enabled? Do you have mac filtering on router? Maybe make test without any securities?
