Yes NAT is active then but you can access to your server from outside IP. NAT is necessary to make local network and connect another computers

Can you try DMZ in router settings, type in local IP from web server.

Base question, can you make connection by the LCD screen in printer? Can you see there SSID (wireless network name) and make connect?
