how about the wireless connection via your router with the same security type? try to use wpa/wpa2-personal, auto channel/encryption

I met this issue before and consulted tplink support. They said it has been canceled, so we can only choose By device now.

It seems there is limit which can only permit 4 files to be download. Look like a limit on software made by tplink.
