As far as I know, tp-link products don't support wifi radio off-on using a schedule at the moment.

What's working mode you have set up? Access point or repeater? As far as i know, this device is directional and suggest you point to the destination.

Received counter is 0...I don't think you have configured it successfully. Check whether you have the IP collision.

Have you ever reset and then reconfigure it? You have problem sending email, right? can you open other website? Change the channel to 1/6/11 and try a different security type.
