@Fae Thanks for the follow up, I was having some Wifi stability issues and replaced the cable to the HD620 and for now seems more stable. (Monitoring it :) ) I have a feeling that what i was seeing...

Side note shut down my 2.4GHz on the 660 and added a EAP110-Outdoor and moved all my devices to this one. and it has no errors. Could I have a bad device?
