Hey TP-LINK !! I had 1.6.2 beta firmware and there was no issue of showing satellite deco units offline in deco app but since 1.7.0 this problem started again and still not fixed on 1.8.0 or 1.8.1...

@OverMyDadBody I think from V2 or V3 and later versions. But your Deco X50 support Device Isolation so you can remove Deco X20 and then Device Isolation will appeared in Deco App and then you can add...

@screennamescree What's your Deco firmware? Have u updated to 1.8.1 firmware? Have u tried to open Deco App by using 4G/5G network and then do the backup. Sometime Deco App is buggy.

@OverMyDadBody There are many different hardware versions of Deco X20 and your hardware version is not supported.
