So far so good, no device instability. I will reinstall the controller and adopt the device on Sunday to see if it starts crashing again.

I tried that. Enabling "More client detail log" logs EVERY SINGLE PACKET that passes through the AP. That's useless. With that option disabled, nothing seems to get logged.
